    nded and is currently
    owned
    & operated by Sequetta F. Sweet (formerly Sequetta
    Wright). We offer a variety of services to both business and
    individuals. Prior to starting th
    e business Sequetta enjoyed
    over 20 years in corporate America and the Information
    Technology(IT) industry. Sequetta has worked at several
    large and small corporations allowing her to hone
    her leadership, business, and IT skills.  She has served
    in the following functions: Requirements/System Analyst,
    Systems Engineer,Database Administrator (DBA), Project
    Manager, Process Engineer, Applications Development
    Manager, and Project Manager.
    Sequetta is no stranger to training, development, and
    facilitation. During heryears in the information technology
    industry she has been responsible for developing content
    and training customers in the use of the systems that she
    has implemented.  She has also been responsible for
    developing  training materials, rolling out processes, and
    training employees in the area of project and process
    management.  Mrs. Sweet has long served as a facilitator,
    motivational speaker, coach, and mentor in the areas of
    success and leadership.  Her ability to bring passion and
    excellence to a task is unsurpassed.

    It is seldom that one is able to find an individual who can
    deliver both technical training and personal development. 
    Sequetta has purposely developed the ability to provide this
    unique combination of services with fervor and delivering
    results. She is currently serves as adjunct faculty at
    Monroe Community College in the Office and Computer
    Programs department.

    Some years ago, Sequetta founded and managed the
    Reach Me Too! Knowledge Center of a church in Rochester,
    NY where she engaged and trained volunteer tutors and
    trainers who served at the Center. She was responsible
    for advertising and marketing the Center to attract new
    students and tutors. The Center existed for seven years
    providing free tutoring to grades K-12, including GED and
    SAT review. The Center also offered free introductory
    computer classes to the community.  Sequetta, through
    the Center, facilitated the installation of a 10-computer
    network used to help the church in it's mission of closing
    the digital divide on the northeast side of Rochester.
    This is just one small demonstration of Sequetta's passion
    for learning and giving back to the community that she
    consistently and untiringly displays.

    Sequetta is an ordained Elder and is frequently called
    upon to teach bible studies and other educational series
    and coordinate fundraisers and other church programs.

    Sequetta is currently pursuing a doctorate in Executive
    Leadership at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY,
    expecting to graduating in August 2012. Her dissertation
    is focused in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial
    Learning. She holds a masters of science in
    Organizational Learning and Human Resource
    Development from St. John Fisher College and a
    bachelors of science degree in Computer Science from
    Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

    Sequetta has served as Secretary of the Rochester
    Black Business Association and Vice President of
    Technology for the Genesee Valley chapter of the
    American Society of Training and Development
    (ASTD), responsible for the development and
    maintenance of their website. She has also served
    on the Board of Directors of Business Development
    Solutions (BDS), a non-profit agency in Rochester,
    NY dedicated to helping minorities, women, and other
    individuals successfully start and run their own small
    businesses.  Sequetta was also responsible
    for the delivery of all Sales related training to BDS clients.
    Sequetta is a member of the following organizations:
